International maritime services are the Company's founding business, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, forming a complete operational system covering seafarer recruitment, training, certification, dispatch, and follow-up management. It has sufficient crew resources at high, medium, and low-level crew members that meet the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers(STCW), and has maintained good cooperation with more than 20 overseas shipowners and ship management companies and has dispatched more than 20,000 merchant ship crew members, fishing boat crew members, and cruise ship service staff to regions such as Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and Europe, etc.

The Company is actively implementing the "Going Global" strategy, building seafarer resource bases to provide diversified crew resources for clients. the Company has established a wholly-owned maritime service company in Myanmar—Myanmar Xinda Maritime Services Company, which has obtained the SRPS certificate issued by the local maritime authorities, forming a complete business operation system for the recruitment, training, dispatch, and management of Myanmar crew members. the Company also cooperates with qualified and reputable crewing agencies in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other countries to provide high-quality foreign crew resources for shipowners. the Company dispatches over 1,000 foreign merchant ship crew members annually and has established its own foreign crew team. Meanwhile, the Company vigorously develops the dispatch of high-level cruise ship service staff and, with innovative thinking, introduces foreign crew members into the domestic market, continuously revitalizing its earliest maritime services and achieving healthy and stable development.
